SEODECK ("the Service") is operated by LBCLOUDS, LLC, Beirut, Lebanon ("LB Clouds", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
SEODECK audits publicly accessible websites that you add to your account and reports findings, scores and changes to you by dashboard and email. We read only what any visitor or search engine can read. We do not require and do not accept credentials to your website, hosting or Google accounts.
You may only add websites you own or are authorised to monitor. You must not use the Service to overload, probe or attack any site. We may remove a site or suspend an account that breaches this.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial for one site. Paid plans are priced per site per month as shown on the pricing page. Plans are invoiced by LB Clouds and activated by our team after payment by card, bank transfer or OMT; no payment details are stored in the Service. Annual billing is discounted 20%. You may cancel at any time; monitoring stops at the end of the paid period and your history remains readable for 90 days.
The Service is provided as is. Audits depend on your site and third-party services (Google PageSpeed Insights among them) being reachable; a check that cannot run is reported as such, never as a passing or failing score. We aim for but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Findings are automated technical observations, not a guarantee of search rankings.
To the extent permitted by law, LB Clouds' total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of traffic, rankings or revenue.
