What we collect

• Account data — your email address, used to sign you in (passwordless links) and to send alerts and reports. Optional extra recipient addresses you add in Settings.
• Site data — the addresses of the websites you add, and what our crawler reads from their public pages: status codes, titles, descriptions, headings, link structure, certificate details, timings and PageSpeed results. This is public information; we store it to show history and detect changes.
• Technical data — server logs with IP address and user agent, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention. Optional privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies) on the public pages.

How we use it

To run the audits you asked for, show you the results, email you when something breaks, send the weekly report, and operate and secure the Service. When the weekly report includes an AI-written summary, the numbers from your audit (never your email address) are sent to the model provider for that sentence or two. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

The Service is hosted on Fly.io in Frankfurt, Germany. Emails are sent through Microsoft 365. Page-speed measurements are performed by Google PageSpeed Insights, which fetches your public site directly.

Retention and deletion

Audit history is kept for as long as the site is in your account, and for 90 days after a site is removed or a plan ends. You can remove a site from its dashboard at any time. To delete your account and all data, email info@lbclouds.com from the account address; we complete deletion within 14 days.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time at the address above.
